Binocular and PC with image acquisition and processing software.
1. Capture of the image.
2. Capture the largest and most precise image as possible with reflected light.
3. Save a color image and an image in level of greys.
4. Calibrate the image (either record the magnification, or calibrate with the acquisition software).
